All orders in the United States are shipped via USPS or
FedEx Ground, depending on the size of the order:
1-7 CDs - USPS SmartMail (similar to 1st Class Mail)
8+ CDs - FedEx Ground
There is a $3.50 shipping charge for orders under
$50. Orders $50 and over receive FREE SHIPPING (in
the U.S. only).
Also, if there are any items in your
order that are back-ordered, shipping charges will apply only once, per order.
The back-ordered items will be sent FREE of shipping charges.
You may request UPS 2-Day
Air or Next Day Delivery at the following rates. (Next Day
Delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.)

When your order ships from
Allegro, you will receive an e-mail advising you of shipment. You
may track the status of your shipment on our Shipping
Information page, which contains a link to FedEx. Tracking is
not available on orders shipped via the US Postal Service.
Payment
Methods/Currency
At this time, Allegro accepts
VISA, Mastercard and InternetCash™ payments only for orders placed on our website. Please see our FAQ page for instructions on placing an order via the mail. All prices on
the Allegro website are in United States currency. Foreign exchange
rates are left to the discretion of VISA, Mastercard and InternetCash™,
and are considered outside the control of Allegro Corporation.

Video
Standards
All videos offered by Allegro are the NTSC format, which is the standard VHS format for North America.
Returns
Allegro will accept
the return of any disc found to be defective. We will also accept
the return of any disc we ship that was not ordered which is returned
unopened. You may send your return to:

Please include
a copy of your invoice and a note with your address and the
reason for the return. We are unable to accept the return of any
disc because of general disagreement with the artist and/or type
of music.

within two business days of receipt of your question/concern. Please
confirm your e-mail address before submitting. In nearly every case
where an inquiry was not answered, the problem was with an invalid
